Nature’s Way Day Spa also offers its treatments individually. These include several different types of massage, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reflexology and Expectant Mothers. All massages incorporate the use of hot stones, hand picked from the rivers of Rappahannock County. The hot stones aid the body in releasing stress and muscle tension. Each massage is also finished with a hot towel infused with essential oils to assist the body with releasing toxins that cause muscle aches. Body exfoliation treatments, mini-facial treatments, hot hand and foot treatments, and manicure and pedicure services using all natural products are also offered.

Nationally certified

Terri Freeborn is a Nationally. Certified Massage Therapist, licensed in the State of Virginia. She is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She graduated from the Virginia School of Massage, and also obtained her Virginia State License as a Nail Technician from Yvonne DeMllar in Vienna. Terri supports local bed and breakfasts with massage therapy services for their clientele.

Local Massage Therapist, Monik Plonka, supports the Nature’s Way Day Spa on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Plonka and Freeborn offer their services together on these days and will have both of their studios in operation to increase flexibility and provide enhanced services, including couples massage and spa packages for two. This also allows them to i ffer concurrent individual massage appointments and other treatments. This is a perfect time for couples or friends to enjoy the spa experience together.
