Accounts Receivable Specialist n .. . . Full-rime - Dulles Office uuties. pil ing of receivables, oversight maintenance of all customer accounts. Responsible for invoicing all ads weekly. Balance receivables monthly before issuing of statements, generating monthly statements and ensuring they are issued no latter than the 3rd day of each month. Oversees accurated cash application. Cash and credit card payments will be posted to customers accounts da,iy- Make certain that trade account balances are kept posted and up to date, bees that all customer research, billing questions and inquiries have been followed through to completion. Qualifications: High school diploma and course work in accounting/computer systems. Three years minimum A/R experience, solid knowledge of A/R and general ledger accounting, excellent computer knowledge and skills, particulary in database and spreadsheet programs.

Special Classified Advertising Consultant

Full-Time - Loudoun and Fairfax Office Duties: Works directly with the Ad Managers to carefully organize and sell classified ad sales to special business groups throughout the company's circulation area. Manages special business account sales under authority of the Classified Manager. Maintains account information in AIMS. Follows up on all leads assigned and submits a written status report as required by Ad Manager. Has fully lead and managed all classified directories for all Times Community Newspapers, including also Business & Professional, Medical, Best of Dining Out Directory, Farm & Horse and Church directories. Qualifications: Candidate must have related experience; PC literate, customer service skills.
