Project specific planning responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following; 7+ yeans experience with site plan design (including concept preparation), subdivision, zoning research and analysis, hearing testimony, regulatory permitting, project management and client management, project management of all facets of assigned development projects - conceptual phases, planning, designs, submissions, post-approvals, construction and regulatory signoffs/closeouts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Position is commensurate wit experience and talent. Opportunity available for client management as well as staff management and individual may be groomed for a project management role (if desired). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. • CAD DRAFTER Seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 yrs exp. w/ AutoCAD 2000 as well as exp w/ preparation of commercial site and residential subdivision plans required. Design exp. a plus. Opportunity to grow into a Design Engineering position (if desired) • ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Responsibilities include, but are not limited to preparation of business correspondence, use of Dictaphone, maintenance of filing system, and copying/binding/filing. Ideal candidate must have superior communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Internet, typing skills of 55 wpm. ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, ability to operate standard office equipment i.e. dictaphone, fax, copier, scanner, etc. A team player is essential for this team-oriented office.
