Service Technician needed in the Warrenton area!
Fireside Hearth and Home, the leading national fireplace distributor, and an HNI Company (Fortune 500), is seeking a qualified individual to fill a full-time Service Technician position in our Warrenton, VA division. Responsibilities include providing preventative maintenance and service for fireplace accessories and other related services in existing occupied and unoccupied homes, initiating gas fireplace start-ups, providing operational instructions to homeowners, and ensuring that each unit is operating per manufacturers' specifications. Additional requirements include high school diploma or GED, good mechanical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, and willingness to learn. ‘Must be 19 years of age and have a valid driver's license*; ‘must be able to lift 100 lbs, and have the ability to climb a ladder and work on a roof*
Previous HVAC, gas piping, or fireplace experience a plus.
