BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA
PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
RZ 05-08-02 Peter E. and Catherine B. Salvano, contract purchasers of 597 Zachary Taylor Highway, Flint Hill (0.8144 acre, Tax Map 13, Parcel 58A, Wakefield District), desire to rezone the property from VR-Village Residential to VCVillage Commercial. The Salvanos propose to use the property for the sale of fine art, custom framing, gifts, home decor, and jewelry. The rezoning is allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-134B(1) of the Rappahannock County Code.
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P.O.
