Now in its 10th year, the Rappahannock County Sheriff"s Office held another fun-filled “Shop with a Deputy” event early Saturday morning as children got a chance to go on a shopping spree that otherwise might not be shopping spree. Some 40 youngsters from kindergarten to the seventh grade were picked up at the crack of dawn by a dedicated group of sponsoring deputies and taken to Front Royal’s K-Mart to buy what they wanted for themselves and their families.
