HUNTER and WILLIE D. HUNTER died, siezed and possessed, and who are made parties Defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN;

ORDER OF PUBLICATION THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to partition the following real property situated in Rappahannock County, Virginia and mroe particularly described as follows: PARCEL 1: Tax Map 20A-1-26 ALL THAT certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia and being described as Lots No. 17 and 19 of the Oden Addition to the Town of Washington, as shown on the plat and survey entitled Lots Owned by Jas. L. Oden in South West Washington, VA.' by C.W. Ewing, dated September 4, 1929, and found amongst the tax map records of the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. AND BEING the same property conveyed to Maggie R. Hunter by deed from James L. Pullen and Dora Pullen, husband and wife, dated December 30, 1932 and recorded October 19, 1934 in Deed Book 39 at Page 49 amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office and the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. PARCEL 2: Tax Map 20A-1-26A ALL THAT certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being described as Oden Addition B and being located on the West Side of Oden Avenue, Butting, Bounding and measuring to wit: BEGINNING at ta point in the western margin of Oden Avenue at the intersection of the most N.E. corner of Maggie L. Hunter and running perpendicular to Oden Avenue along Hunter N. line, West 100 feet to a point; thence along the East line of Cassie carter and parallel to Oden Avenue, North 50 feet to a point; thence along the South line of Charles Robinson and perpendicular to Oden Avenue; then along the west margin of Oden Avenue, South 50 feet to the point of beginning. Containing one-half acre more or less. AND BEING the same property conveyed to Willie 5. Hunter by deed from James Robert Pullen, dated November 15,1960 in Deed Book 73 at page 291 amongst the land records of the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain in what county, city or state the Defendants JARRETT CARL KENNEY and MARY HUNTER reside, without effect; and, I further appearing that the heirs at law of MAGGIE R. HUNTER, WILLIAM HUNTER, MARY WILSON, LOUISE SMITH. WILLIE D. HUNTER, FRANCIS FAULKS. CHARLES HUNTER, EDWARD HUNTER, MARGARET FREEMAN, RUTH STEWART, JEAN KENNY. LAWRENCE KENNY and JARRETT CARL KENNY, who now are or may be deceased, and whose names are unknown, are or may be interested in the subject to be partitioned or disposed of in this suit, if any heirs at law there be. It is therefore ORDERED that all such persons claiming an interest in the land above described appear on or before the 23 day of February. 2007 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Post Office Box 517, 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia, 22747, and (to what is necessary to protect their interests. It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this order be mailed to each defendant at the address shown by the aforesaid affidavit and which is listed above. ENTERED this 2§ day of Decemeber. 2007.
