The drama class produces plays at least once a year. The drama department recently produced a very successful One Act Play Festival that was very well attended by the community and drew rave reviews. RCPS art teachers post student work at the School Board office. We are exploring other venues in the community to display art
work. We are veiy proud of our programs and feel that our students benefit greatly from these opportunities to develop their artistic skills.
The Curriculum Enrichment Program (CEP), funded primarily by donations, provides program enhancements for students to explore the Arts.
Recent CEP-supported arts activities include: RCES Tfeacher Layne Vickers took her students to Chateauville Foundation's beautiful Castleton Theater to see the Cashore Marionettes.
