PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Flight Operations Recruiter is responsible for providing key staffing services to support the flight operations department and the global expansion of Air Serv Internationa as well as assure the safe, reliable, and professional flight operations of Air Serv owned and leased aircraft through the development, implementation and monitoring or effective Right Safety Programs.
REPORTS TO: Director of Aviation - Day to Day: Ops Dept, Recruiter. CEO
WORKS CLOSELY WITH: Support services Division, Human Resources Manager Crew Coordinator. ICP
