Teachers and administrators will submit their nominations for the award to Miranda Hope, Director of the Next Step Program, or Jason Gdchenour, Director of Guidance, by April 15 of each year. The nominations will be gathered - with identifiable information removed - and given to the Hilscher family for consideration. Depending on the amount of funds available, more than one award can be given or none in any given year if there are not suitable candidates.
