Rappahannock School Superintendent Dr. Bob Chappell fielded questions critical of the education budget at the Rappahannock County School Board meeting on Tuesday night.
The questions raised issues that the school board and Superintendent Chappell have been grappling with, facing what Chappell recently described as a “fiscal crisis.”
