Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 7, 2006 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SE 07-11-02 John HaMterg, d/b/a Smokehouse Winery, dashes a Special Exception permit to conduct carnivals, field parties, fairs, shows, or music festivals on the property located at 10 Ashby Rood, SperryvMe (14.227 acres, Tax Map 37, Parcel 51, zoned A-Agricultural and C-Conservatkm, Piedmont District). The applicant has proposed several restrictions and/or conditions. The property is owned by Ernest V., Jr. and Frances E. Hallberg. Use allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36H of the Rappahannock County Coda with addMonal standards under Code Section 170-69E.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at 7:30PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as* the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section, 17D-5£u -if any.
