A wonderful 10-minute video about Headwaters, made this summer by filmmaker Dan O’Toole, is now posted on www.headwatersfdn.org. (You can also check it out at the library and Cinema Paradiso.) If you haven’t seen it, and if you have ever found yourself wondering, “But what does Headwaters do?"—watch it. There are high-speed and dialup versions on the web.
The wonderful thing about the video is that you can see i children actually participating in our programs. The difference i that a mentor, an arts class, a College Guide or new technology in the classroom makes i doesn't have to be explained i when you can see the young i people’s faces and hear them describe it in their own words.
It's almost like being there. <
