A PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSING TO AMEND CHAPTER 170. ZONING. OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY COM RELATING TO PUBLIC HEARINGS The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 7. 2008. at 7:00PM at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, to consider the following amendment to Chapter 170 of the Rappahannock County Code: Amend § 170-133 to read as follows I underlined sections represent new language while items stricken through represent deletions): §170-133. Public hearings. A Conduct of public hearings. All public hearing as required by this chapter siurii be conducted in accordance with the following provisions: f 1) No public hearing shall be held unless the required notice has been given in accordance with the provisions of Subsection B below. 12) Ml hearings shall be open to the public.
