Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Tidier were Mrs. Ollie Wells and Mrs. Raymond Motts of Silver Spring, Md. Saturday evening visitors of the Tidlers were Mr. and Mrs. Sylvan Carver of Arlington. Mr. and Mrs. John Gaines of F. T. Valley and Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Gaines and children were Sunday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Gaines. Their son Gene Gaines of Alexandria was a Friday afternoon visitor. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Henderson and children of Fredericksburg were Sunday visitors of Mrs. Henderson’s father the Rev. W. B. Dennis. Douglas Quaintance, son of Mr. and Mrs. Barton Quaintance of Seaford, Del. spent last week visiting his grandmother Mrs. R. W. Quaintance and his great-aunt Miss Elsie Ramsey.
