These moderate days and cool nights make living a pleasure after some of the 95 degree, plus, weather we’ve had. We can almost forget howweprac tically melted and ran down the street the day of the Flint Hill Post Office dedication. To add to my discomfort that day was the fact I was all "gussied up" for I had attend ed Barbara’s delightful luncheon at noon. That was HER DAY, and many of her good friends and business associates from a distance came to share her job and have lunch. Since she had not seen a number of them for a long time, everyone was kissing everyone. Frances Bradford commented on “All the kissing" and Mrs. Mary Cleverley cleverly replied, “Don’t you know, they’re playing Post office." *
