Brower Scholarships
Dr. Jame6 H. Johnson, doctor of internal medicine at ; Watson Clinic, Lakeland, Fla has been grafted a Brower ' Traveling Scholarship by the American College of Physicians.
He left Saturday for a month long visit with Dr. Thomas Hen drix at Johns Hopkins Hosprocedures
in his subspecialty of gastro-enderology.
Dr. Johnson, a member of the medical staff at Watson Clinic since 1960, is an associate of the American College of Physicians. His award is one of five traveling scholarships given annually by the College to pro vide opportunity for physicians tb spend a month as visit lng fellows at a medical institution for observation in postgraduate study. Dr. Johnson received his medical education at the University of Virginia Medical School and fulfilled his residency at Duke University. He lives in Lakeland with his wife Charlotte and their three children. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson of Woodvllle.
