Jenkins Reunion Scheduled
The 5th annual reunion of the family of the late Alfred Jenkins and Kate Gearing Jenkins will be held at Oakley Baptist Church, Washington, Va. Sunday August 8 with preaching at 10:45 a.m. The Rev. B. G. Titchenell, pastor of the church, will be the speaker.
All relatives and friends are invited to come and bring a picnic basket.

Green of Gainesville to McDowell on Saturday. Mrs. Eva Weakley returned to her home in Vienna last Sunday after visiting Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Weakley. Mr. and Mrs. Emory Shifflett and family and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Shifflett and children of Alexandria were guests during the weekend of Mrs. Dolly Melbourne. Sunday Mrs Melbourne and her guests were visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Lawrence and Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Frazier. . Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Settle and children were guests Saturday evening at a cookout at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Jenkins in Culpeper. Mrs Lottie Utz of Brightwood arrived Monday and is spending this week in the Settle home. The Rev. and Mrs. F letcher Osborne attended a homecoming Sunday at Rehobeth Methodist Church in Caroline County. Mrs. Elinor Schuermann has returned to her position at Amissville Garage after a weeks trip to Ohio where she visited friends.
