Rappahannock Superintendent of Schools Dr. William Bloomer followed State Senator ** Nathan Miller to the speakers table at Monday nights meeting of the Rappahannock Citizens for Better Education. Bloomer began by answering questions on school finances but topics quickly branched off into a discussion on the vacancy created by the recent resignation of elementary principal Buddy Carter and the furor over the reassignment of seventh grade science teacher Lynne Baines.
