Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Clarke, Kristi, Mrs. Delia Leakfe with Mrs. Lillian Clarke of Washington attended the Doson family reunion at Bull Run Park, Manassas on Saturday. Mrs. Clarke spent the weekend. The Rev. Koy Peterson of Culpeper, guest speaker at Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, joined them for dinner Sunday.
Mrs. Carson Johnson attended a postal convention in Puerto Rico last week.
Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne were Mrs. Lyne’s brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Powell of Kilmarnock. They were joined Sunday afternoon by Mrs. Peachy Warren and Mr. and Mrs. David Lyne and Heather of Warrenton for the Flying Circus at Bealeton.
Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Ayor and Heather were guests for several days last week of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Aylor and David in Woodbridge and also visited Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Cozzo in Falls Church. Mrs. Robert Nethers of Flint Hill was a Sunday overnight and Monday guest.
Monday afternoon callers of Mrs. Ethel Tyner and Miss Nellie Atkins were Mrs. Clarence Compton, Jack Compton and Mr. and Mrs. Philip Palmer of Reva, Mrs. Bessie Woodward of Silver Spring, Md. and Mrs. Jack Johnson of Boston.
Guests during the weekend of Mrs. Frances Thornton were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown of Hamilton, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Thornton and Philip of Culpeper and Mrs. Amy Gore of Alexandria.
