The Woodville Homemakers Club will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 7:30 p.m. at the Woodville Baptist Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Beard, Mrs. Mae Corbin of Annandale, and Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Howard, of Fairfax were here for the funeral of their brother-inlaw and uncle, Floyd Menefee on Wednesday. Later they were callers of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Vest and Mrs. Ashby Butler.
Mr. and Mrs. James Sykes and Brad of Washington were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Opie Crawford, Curtis and Ray Crawford.
Miss Bonnie Brown of Silver Spring, Md., spent Wednesday night with her mother, Mrs. Henry Brown. On Sunday, Miss Tanya Brown, Mrs. Lisa Bruce and Brad of Sykesville, Md., were visitors of Miss Elva Bruce and Mrs. Brown.
After a month’s visit with their brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Corbett left by plane from® Dulles Airport on Friday night for their home in London, England.
