TO BUILDING CONTRACTORS
The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County is receiving bids for the following materials and labor for improvements in the furnace room in the County Jail:
Construct a 2-hour rated masonry partition with close fitting fire door to replace existing partition and door enclosing the furnace. Said partition and door shall conform to minimum requirements of the BOCA Basic Building Code for the intended application.
Provide materials and labor for outside air supply to furnace room through an outside wall vent (vent to be installed shall be furnished by contractee).
Bids will be accepted through close of business on March 10, 1978 at the county Clerk’s office. For further information contact F. M. Baumgardner on the second floor of the Rappahannock National Bank or call 675-3230.
