Entries in the handicap will be accompanied by a donation rather than a prescribed entry fee, and the money will be given to Children’s Hospital in Washington—one of the favorite charities of WMAL radio which presents the Harden and Weaver program.
Robert Montgomery, chairman of the tailgate handicap, says that an entry booth will be set up at his car in the reserved parking area. Winner of the event will receive a “liquid trophy” donated by the Montgomerys.
