Easter Sunday, April 15, at 5:34 a.m. the Woodville, Forest Grove and Amissville Baptist Churches are sponsoring a Sunrise Service on top of Red Oak Mountain.
The Rev. A. C. Walker will lead the program with the Rev. Gale B. Titchenell delivering the Easter message. The Rev. Joseph S. Stirman Jr. will bring the special music.
Following the service the women of the Forest Grove Church will serve breakfast at the old Forest Grove school house. There will be no charge for breakfast but donations to the church will be accepted.
In case of rain the service will be held at the Forest Grove Baptist Church, Viewtown.
A community Good Friday Easter Service will be held at Forest Grove Baptist Church, Viewtown, Friday, April 13, at 7:30 p.m.
The Rev. Joseph S. Stirman Jr., pastor of Amissville Baptist Church, will deliver the sermon and the Amissville Choir will have special music for the service.
The Public is invited to attend these services.
