The litter bugs were at it again last year along Virginia’s roads and it cost the state more than SI,093,000 to clean up after them, according to the Department of Highways and Transportation. In Rappahannock County, clean up costs for primary roads amounted to $5,342. The total in Culpeper District for interstate, primary and secondary road clean up was $213,849.
C. O.
