District Meeting
The Shenandoah District of Virginia Federation Garden Clubs met in Orange, Thursday, April 5.

Engagement
Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Smith of North Garden announce the engagement of their daughter, Linda Roberts, to Charles Clayton Litten, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil M. Litten of Richmond.
Miss Smith is employed by Chesterfield County Public Schools and Mr. Litten is employed by Giant Foods.
The wedding is planned for July 21.
Miss Smith is the niece of Brue Wood of Flint Hill.
