Annual Meeting
The Twenty-Ninth Annual Meeting of the stockholders of Shen-Valley Meat Packers, Incorporated will be held in ' the Broadway High School, ^ Broadway, Virginia, Friday, April 13, 1979, commencing at 10:30 a.m. All stockholders are urged to attend.
The stockholders will be asked to elect three directors who have been nominated by the Nominating Committee. However, additional nominations may be made from the floor at the time of the annual meeting. All members present that are eligible holders of common stock may vote on any nominee.
The 1978 Operational and Financial reports will be given by Adolph G. Ackermann Jr., General Manager and slides will be presented showing confinement farrowing and pork grow-out facilities. In addition, a Ham and Bar-BQue Lunch will be served in the school cafeteria to the stockholders and guests.
