Mrs. L. J. Turner returned home Monday after spending several days in Charleston, S.C. visiting the Middleton, Cypress and Magnolia' Gardens. She was a Sunday overnight guest of Mr. and Mrs. William S. Dewhirst and family in Richmond.
Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Baines were guests for tennis and dinner of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Slater last Thursday in Middleburg.
