Preaching

Mission

“JESUS CALLS US” is the theme of the Preaching Mission sponsored by the Rappahannock Charge of the United Methodist Church on April 16, 17, and 18. All of the services will be conducted at the Flint Hill Baptist Church, beginning at 7:30 p.m. each evening.

The visiting preachers for these evenings will be The Rev. David A. Balcom, pastor of Calvary United Methodist Church in Arlington (Monday, April 16); the Rev. Ashton L. Archer, pastor of the Remington Charge of the United Methodist Church (Tuesday, April 17); and the Rev. Roger C. Balcom, pastor of Riverton and John Wesley United Methodist Churches in Front Royal (Wednesday, April 18).

Special music will be provided each evening, as well as an opportunity to sing some of your favorite hymns.

There will be a covered dish dinner at the Flint Hill fire hall Monday evening, the 16th, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
