The flag will go down at 10 a.m. this Saturday on the first annual Fodderstack Gassic road race. Entries will be taken right up until starting time so would-be marathon champions still have a chance to compete. Entry forms are available at county banks, stores, post offices and the Rappahannock Gerk’s office.
Registration will be from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. in front of the Blue Ridge Cooperage (formerly Wood Brother’s packing shed) in Flint Hill.
