It appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that there are persons whose names are not known or persons born or yet to be born who have or may have an interest and right in the subject matter of the cause, it is, therefore: ORDERED that publication be had against the above named individuals unknown parties, who are made parties defendant to the above styled cause under the general description of parties unknown, and who are required to appear on the 14th day of May, 1979 and to do what is necessary to protect their interests. It is further:

ORDERED that a copy of this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, Washington, Virginia, a newspaper in general circulation in Rappahannock County, and a copy be posted at the front door of the Rappahannock County Court House within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication.
