In an application for building permit to the zoning administrator, the zoning ordinance provides that any person aggrieved by the administrator’s decision shall have the right of appeal within 30 days to the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA). The same right of appeal to the BZA applies to the planning commission's decision on the site development plan, in both instances, the aggrieved party, if dissatisfied by the BZA’s ruling, may petition the Circuit Court of Rappahnnock County to review the decision.
