Plans for the CETA Summer Youth Employment Program are nearly complete, according to a member of the Planning District 9 Area Manpower Planning Council. The PD9 Council serves the counties of Rappahannock, Madison, Fauquier, Culpeper. and Orange.
The Virginia Employment Commission office in Front Royal is now accepting applications from Rappahannock youth who are in school, or recent graduates, and wish to work this summer. The Employment Commission will determine whether the applicants meet CETA eligibility
