Compassion
may shut his eyes to the needs of your child. Schools are prisons for children who don’t fit in, whose special needs are ignored. It is true that today people expect more from themselves and sometimes confuse needs and less important wants. Costs are rising. This is a county of rich and poor. The low and lower-middle, income people bear heavy loads; the landrich but money-poor also feel the squeeze.
Focus on developing an improved system of taxation. Concentrate on learning more about the requirements for healthy child development, or you can waste money on programs that don’t do much good. If you have a child or have contact with children whose needs aren’t being met by the school system, if you remember what your experiences of assistance and denial meant to your development, then speak out. If you become sensitive to the requirements of children, then you will work harder to help the school staff and improve the school system.
