To the editor:
I want to express my delight at and thorough enjoyment of the musical, "My Fair Lady” performed recently at RCHS. It was so entertaining the first time I was drawn back the second night. There were doubts in my mind when I heard of the ambitious undertaking of a high shcool group. As a graduate of RCHS, I was extremely proud of the results of the long hours and hard work of the Rappahannock students.
The fact that everyone knew their lines and there was no obvious off-stage prompting and few lapses of silence was rewarding. This in part might be due to the cast being chosen from five grades instead of limiting it to one.
There were some outstanding performances, namely, by Terry Woodard as Prof. Higgins who was perfect for the part. His appearance, mannerisms, voice and neatly trimmed beard fit the role and he exuded self-confidence. Chris Hitt was very good as Mr. Doolittle and made you want to sing along with him. His dance numbers were upbeat and deserved an ovation alone.

Review
The RappahannockRapidan Subarea Health Advisory Council will review the $1.2 million grant request of the RappahannockRapidan Community Mental Health Center at its meeting Wednesday, April 11, 1979 at the Culpeper Memorial Hospital. The purpose of this review is stated in the goals of the council as well as in those of its parent organization, the Northwestern Virginia Health Systems Agency, and P. L. 93641, which is to:
1. Improve the health of the residents in the Northwestern Virginia.
2. Increase the accessibility (including overcoming geographic, architectural, and transportation barriers), acceptability, continuity, and quality of the health services provided them.
3. Restrain increases in the cost of providing them services.
4. Prevent unnecessary duplications of health resource.
Also at the April meeting a slide presentation will be presented concerning the reasons for the current escalation in hospital costs. The public is invited to attend this meeting.
