Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Williams were Mr. and Mrs. Murray Williams of Manassas, Bobby Settle of Flint Hill. Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Williams and children, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Leake and family.
Those on the sick list include Chris Ryan and Mr. Albert Williams who have returned home after being patients in Warren Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Evelyn Burke and Florence Mahoney remain patients in the hospital. Gracie Williams was admitted to the hospital Friday for tests.
The Chester Gap firemen are putting a new roof on the fire house. They will start work at 9:00 a.m. next Saturday and urge each one of you to bring your hammer and give your help. All help would be appreciated.
There will be Revival this week at Chester Gap Baptist Church starting Monday, April 16, at 7:30 p.m. through Friday, April 20. John T. Ellington, Jr., pastor of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church at Haywood, will be the evangelist.
The youth will be in charge of services April 29, at the Chester Gap Baptist Church.
