NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR TELEPHONE FRANCHISE IN THE TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA
The Town of Washington, Virginia, hereby invites bids for the telephone franchise proposed to be granted in the following ordinance which was duly passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of October, 1979, which bids are to be in writing and delivered to the presiding officer of the Council of said Town in open session, to be held in the Council Chamber at Washington, Virignia, on the 13th day of November, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock, P.M., the right being reserved to reject any and all bids.
