Mr. tastnam nas canea tor an investigation to find out who was responsible for the boiler problem. From statements made by those at the meeting, we seem to know this already. However, what we do not know is why this same board member who had visited the boiler room in February and had reported his findings to the board, and had the authority to take action, did not take any action regarding these finds. If there is to be an investigation to find out who is responsible, does no responsibility belong to he who knew that a problem existed, who reported this problem to the board, and then didn’t do anything about it until an emergency situation erupted?
I challenge the school board and the board of supervisors to provide funds for the much needed maintenance supervisor. We do not want the conditions at the high school to continue to deteriorate and cause a much worse situation to occur.
