Returning to the report on maintenance and space scheduled for action at Tuesday’s meeting, Mrs. Massie noted her agreement on the need for a permanent solution to the problem of leaking roofs, to correct drafty windows and to install guard rails on the modular units but expressed reservations on the excess space figures cited for the elementary and high schools. She voted, however, with the other board members to accept unanimously the report from Eastham and Stokes.
A second motion to provide each supervisor and The Rappahannock News with a copy of the report also passed unanimously.
