By unanimous vote, the board allso approved the 1980-81 school calendar and the proposed budget for Title I programs, funded with flow-through federal money. Dr. McDaniel noted that final totals for next year’s Title I have not yet been received and are estimated at $144,800, approximately $1,000 less than the current funding level.
In informational items, Dr. Bloomer reported that:
—the state accreditation report lists the elementary school as fully accredited and the high school with two ^deficiencies for lack of storage facilities and having two teachers instructing outside their area of endorsement. (The current high school accreditation status is based, as in years past, on reports filed by the administration and does not reflect the findings of the state visiting committee that recently spent a week at RCHS). ,
