The Rappahannock Recreation Association is sponsoring a series of tennis tournaments: MEN’S and WOMEN’S DOUBLES beginning May 27 with finals on June 8 and MEN’S and WOMEN’S SINGLES beginning June 10 with finals on June 22.
The tournament is open to all county residents and landowners. The entry fee is S3.00 per person per tournament. Each doubles team and all singles players must supply one can of new tennis balls. Two out of three sets will be played with a 9-point tiebreaker.
Deadline for registering for the doubles tournament is ^Tuesday. May .27 and, deadline for the singles tournament is Monday, June 9.
