NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION
Pursuant to an order entered on the 10th day of April, 1980 in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, it is ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that on the 17TH DAY OF JUNE, 1980, the regular election officials of Rappahannock County, Virginia, open the polls and take the sense of the qualified voters of Rappahannock County on the question of whether the present method of selection of the members of the county school board should be changed from appointment by The School Trustee Electoral Board to appointment by the governing body of said county, all in accordance with Sectfon 22-79.4 and Section 24.1-165 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
