After continual showers interrupted last year s Independence Day festivities, organisers have set up contingency plans for this year s Fourth. In case of rain, all musical entertainment will go on as scheduled at the locations listed above. Craft demonstrations that can’t be set up under shelter on porches at various sites in town will be moved to the Old Washington school. Speeches, historical readings and other activities will also be held in the school.
