But even more marvelous, she said with a wide twinkly grin, is the absence of a single traffic light, a missing mark of development that she points out with pride to Hayseed customers.
The shop is artfully decorated, relying on quality rather than quantity to attract buyers. Primarily, the Coombs have primitive country furniture, folk art. quilts and antique tools. "We bring most of our stock back from New England and New York.” Shirley noted.
