WILLIAM H. WILLIAMS, if living, or if he be dead, his widow, heirs, devises, and successors in title of William H. Williamson and any other parties having an interest in a certain tract of real estate containing 37 acres located near Rock Mills in Rap pahannock County, Virginia, whose whereabouts are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARIES UNKNOWN.
You are hereby notified that on October 24,1980, William B. Settle, will apply to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, for a deed to 37 acres of real estate located near Rock Mills, Rappahannock County, Virginia, which was assessed by the Treasurer of Rap pahannock County in the name of William H. Williamson and sold at the delinquent land sale held March 10, 1930. You may redeem said real estate at any time prior to the execution of such deed by the payment of the necessary amount to the Clerk.

Pursuant to Section 15.1 - 431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Rappahannock County will consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County and, in particular, to Article 6 of said Zoning Ordinance, on Thursday, July 17, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. in the Court House, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
Said amendment provides for uses by right and uses by special exception in an RS I District. Said amendment further provides for a minimum lot size of five (5) acres in an RS-1 District and for setback, frontage, and yard regulations as set forth in Article 10 and Article 2 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance. Uses permitted by right in an RS-1 District pursuant to the aforesaid amendment are as follows: 1. single family dwellings; 2. accessory buildings; 3. forestry; 4. gardens (home, vegetable); 5. small grains and hay. Uses permitted by special exception pursuant to said amendment are as follows: 1. agriculture (except hogs); 2. home occupations conducted by the occupant; 3. public utilities as permitted in an RS-1 District. In addition to the above, the Planning Commission will consider changes in the wording of the statement of intent regarding an RS-1 District.
The aforesaid amendment is available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. All persons affected by the aforesaid amendment may appear at this hearing to present their views. This notice should be construed as a notice of intention to adopt the aforesaid amendment.
