at a school honors ceremony, and at graduation—from students, faculty, and parents—seems to confirm the fact that Jean Moffett’s influence upon those witfi whom she's worked has, indeed, been a positive one.
"Very few people have displayed the dedication she’s displayed," says Dennis Wingfield, principal of Rappahannock County High School. “She’s kept the complete school in mind as her first priority, and you can’t ask more than that of an individual. She's a very unselfish person,” he added.
Now that she’s retired, Mrs. Moffett looks forward to the additional time she’ll be able to devote to her "major interest’’—her family. And for Jean Moffett, who’s helped to raise Rappahannock County High School students for twenty years now—those she affectionately regards as her "children” as well—that could be quite a job!
