a young black male, approximately 18 to 19 years old. light complexioned, short and stocky and (3) a young white male. 17 to 18 years old. dark haired and slender. The little boy seen with the group is about ten years old and appears to accompany the young white man. Thompson reported.
Vehicles used by the three include a battleship grey Chevrolet pick-up truck with a compressor on the back and a tan with cream top Pontiac Grand Prix with a superman decal affixed to the rear window. A third car has been reported but Thompson said he does not have a reliable description of the last vehicle.
Anyone with information in the “flim-flam” ring is requested to call the Rappahannock sheriff’s department.
