1. Uniform Payment Plan This payment plan allows a residential customer to pay a uniform monthly payment to even out the high seasonal bills. All residential customers are eligible and there is no added cost. Once a year your account is balanced so you pay only for what you use.
2. Assistance Programs There are a number of agencies that have government or private funds to help those in need. We will gladly provide assistance to aid you in determining where to apply.
3. Installment Payments In cases where a residential customer cannot pay past due bills a mutually satisfactory payment schedule may be negotiated. We will take into account the unpaid balance, ability to pay, past payment history and other special circumstances. You will be expected to pay current bills while paying off your past due balance.
