NOTICE OF 1981 FUEL FACTOR
PROCEEDINGS FOR
THE POTOMAC EDISON COMPANY
TAKE NOTICE that the Virginia State Corporation Commission has established Case No. PUE810003 as the 1981 fuel factor proceeding for The Potomac Edison Company (“Company”).
Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 56-249.6, the Commission has scheduled a public hearing to commence at 10:00 a.m., March 10, 1981, in the Commission’s 13th Floor Courtroom, Jefferson Building (formerly Blanton Building), Bank and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia.
On or before January 30, 1981, Company will propose a levelized fuel factor for the 12 month period commencing April 1, 1981 and file supporting testimony and data. On or before February 13, 1981, Company will file its FH report for the fourth quarter and calendar year 1980. All testimony, exhibits and other data filed by Company will be available for public inspection at all Company offices where bills may be paid, and at the Commission’s Document Control Center, Floor Bl, Jefferson Building, Richmond, Virginia.
