WAKEFIELD RECEIVES GIFT OF TELESCOPE—Donald Bowermaster and Charles McGlothlin of the Wakefield Preparatory School Science Department demonstrate to senior Amelie Von Ludwig the Criterian 8” reflecting telescope with motor drive. The telescope, a gift to the school from Donald Audette of Flint Hill, includes numerous eyepieces for various magnifications and a camera attachment for photography of the stars and planets. Plans are being made in the science department to use the new telescope for night viewing sessions in the upcoming weeks.
